Independent Therapist Agreement

Between Tipulim4u and Therapist
This Agreement is made on [Date] between Tipulim4u, a holistic therapy agency operating across Israel, and the undersigned Therapist, collectively referred to as “the Parties.”

1. Scope of Engagement
The Therapist agrees to provide professional therapeutic services under the Tipulim4u brand, including but not limited to Shiatsu, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, and other approved modalities.

2. Compensation
•     The Therapist will be compensated per session.
•     Tipulim4u will retain a [insert]% commission from each session fee.
•     Payments will be issued [weekly/monthly] with a detailed breakdown of sessions and earnings.

3. Client Ownership & Non-Solicitation
•     All clients referred by Tipulim4u are considered clients of Tipulim4u.
•     The Therapist agrees not to solicit, contact, or accept bookings directly from any Tipulim4u client outside the scope of this agreement.
•     This clause remains in effect during the term of engagement and for 12 months following termination.
•     Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination and legal action.

4. Liability Disclaimer
•     The Therapist acknowledges that treatments will be conducted at clients’ homes or offices.
•     Tipulim4u shall not be held liable for any damage to property, injury to clients, or incidents arising during or after the session.
•     The Therapist assumes full responsibility for their conduct, equipment, and safety protocols.

5. Insurance Requirement
•     The Therapist must hold valid professional liability insurance covering all modalities practiced.
•     A copy of the insurance certificate must be submitted to Tipulim4u prior to commencing work.
•     The Therapist agrees to maintain active coverage and notify Tipulim4u of any lapse or change.

6. Professional Standards
•     The Therapist must hold relevant certifications and maintain professional conduct aligned with Tipulim4u’s standards.
•     Tipulim4u reserves the right to terminate this agreement for misconduct, poor quality, or breach of standards.

7. Independent Contractor Status
•     The Therapist is engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee.
•     The Therapist is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.

8. Term & Termination
•     This agreement is effective from [Start Date] and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
•     Immediate termination may occur in cases of misconduct, breach of contract, or client complaints.

9. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior understandings. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
